block wave lookup for encoder

I have done this two ways, one with equal spacing for all the states and one directly from the logged data (ie which hall state corresponds to each encoder reading)

After a lot of stuff ups, i have two plots that closely resemble each other and sort of work. I think that they are not working completly properly because of the access times to external memory.

I think that I will use the equal spacing one as then I know what the block wave is.
